What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a revolutionary method where designs are printed onto a special film, then transferred to fabric using heat. This results in vibrant, durable prints that can be applied to a wide range of materials and colors, perfect for custom shirts and apparel.
What file format do you require?
We prefer high-resolution vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF for the best print quality. If you don't have vector files, high-resolution JPG or PNG files (300 DPI or higher) can also work. Please ensure your artwork is correctly sized and has a transparent background if necessary. However, If you do not know what any of this means, don't worry we can help.
What is the expected turn around time
Production times vary depending on the product and order size. Generally, most orders are completed within 5-7 business days after proof approval by you. Shipping times will be added to this, depending on your location in the United States. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
What are some common artwork mistakes made when sending art to Wright Brothers Printing?
Common mistakes include low-resolution images, incorrect color modes (we prefer CMYK for print), missing fonts, and not outlining text. Providing layered files or files without a transparent background when one is needed can also cause delays. Please review our artwork guidelines for more details.
Will I receive a proof?
Yes, for all custom orders, we provide a digital proof for your approval before proceeding with printing. This ensures that the design, colors, and layout meet your expectations. Production will only begin once we receive your explicit approval.
